How are shipments made?

We pack products with resistant material, and we place them in boxes or bags before shipping them. In addition, we use labels and shipping guides. You don’t have to worry about anything because you’ll receive your confirmation once your order is shipped. 

 

When will you ship my product?

We ship orders on Mondays thru Fridays. The best is that if we receive a purchase confirmation before noon, the products will be shipped on the same day or the following day at the latest.

For international shipments, these may take up to 10 working days depending on the selected mail service.

 

When will I receive my product??

Take into account that logistics companies may delay delivering a package up to 5 working days after we ship them.

 

How can I track my package?

As soon as the product leaves our office, we’ll send you an e-mail with the shipping information, so you’ll be able to always track and locate your package.

We ask you to constantly check your inbox because it will be our means of communication. If you didn’t receive the corresponding information, go to your spam file and check that our e-mail is not found there. In case of not finding it, please contact us at

How much does shipping cost?

We include the shipping cost in the final cost. There is a standard cost for all the products.

We recommend staying in the lookout for our promotions because we also offer free shipping in purchases over 40 USD in Mexico and USA. 

What happens if I don’t receive my order?

If a product was sent to the address you established but you were unable to pick it up, the mail company will try delivering it once again, but if they miss you the package will be sent back to the place of origin. Don’t worry, this won’t represent any additional cost for you. Later we can offer you a reimbursement for failed purchase.
