What kind of data do we use for these ends?

Your data may be gathered through our website, and by phone, and they will be the following:

Apart from the established above, the Client will be notified in case any information is shared with third parties so that they have the opportunity to decide whether or not to share said information.

 Means to exercise Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Opposition, Revocation of consent (ARCO). 

 According to the Law you have to right to exercises you access, rectification, cancelation and opposition rights at any moment. The procedure is as follows:  

1. Send an e-mail to datos@girlhappen.com and ventas@girlhappen.com establishing your full name, documents that serve as identity proof, and a clear and precise description of the personal data on which you want to exercise your ARCO rights.
2. When we receive your request, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt with the file number and corresponding date of reception. In case of not fulfilling the requisites established above, we will ask you to update your request. Otherwise, it will be deemed as not presented.

1. We’ll reply to your request by e-mail in a period of 15 working days counted from the date in which we receive your request.
