Refund policy

What happens if I want to return a product? 

1.- Make sure the product is in perfect conditions and that you have the original packaging.

2.- Send us an e-mail to ventas@girlhappen.com so that we give you the returns address. Just remember that the client pays for this return.

3.- Send us the product to our office in Mexico, including the reasons for your return.

4.- Please read our terms and conditions.

 

How long do I have to return a product?

You may return the product up to 14 natural days after your purchase.

 

When will my money be reimbursed?

Once we receive your product, Kipit will have 72 hours to check it and approve the reimbursement. Once this is done, we’ll proceed with the reimbursement.

 

How are reimbursements made?

In case of returning in a product, we’ll make sure that it is in perfect conditions, just as it was shipped. The reimbursement will be made exclusively to the account from which the payment was made, in the currency and exchange rate with which it was made. Keep in mind that the cost for returning the product must be covered by the client and that the reimbursement will appear in your bank statement within the 12 working days following the reception of the product. 

 

What does it mean for a product to have to be in perfect condition?

It means that it must not have been used, washed, or manipulated. It has to be kept in the package which was sent.

 

What happens if I want to change a product?

If you want to change one product for another, please contact us at ventas@girlhappen.com after sending it to our offices and wait for the reimbursement to be made to your account. We recommend purchasing the product you want afterward.
